Merry Christmas to all our readers

We are now ready for the Christmas break and looking forward to the festive period. We would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a fantastic Christmas and prosperous New Year.

It has certainly been an eventful year in many aspects but none more so than the financial and property markets. It looks as if we will have similar ups and downs in the coming year and look forward to detailing and sharing them with you.

We have some new projects planned for the New Year which we are excited about and hope that you will find interesting and enjoy.

We had thought about thanking individuals and businesses who had supported or helped us in one way or another over the past year but unfortunately the list became rather too long. We didn’t want to miss anyone and we value all levels of contribution towards our site and existence.

So a big thank you to:

  • all that have visited and read our site
  • commentors (we really appreciate the feedback and interaction)
  • contributors who have written some great guest articles over the year and give a new dimension to our site
  • those that have told frends about our site through social networks such as twitter, facebook, stumbleupon etc etc. This has really helped us spread the word on some burning issues.
  • the advertisers who add to and help fund the site
  • our suppliers and domestic energy asessors

A special thank you must go out to all our customers over the past year. Whether you were/are a private or commercial client, an estate agent or solicitor, a developer or social housing project, thank you for your support.

For those of you reading this who may need an EPC, commercial EPC or Home Information Pack provision in the future feel free to get in touch and see how we may be able to help you.

If there are any budding writers or interested parties who may like to ‘guest blog’ on our site, again get in touch as we will be looking to expand this further in the New Year.

At this festive time and with the current plummeting of the temperatures spare a thought for those who are sleeping ‘rough’. We have witnessed the great work Crisis have and continue to do in support of this worthy cause. We fully support Crisis Christmas Appeal and would encourage you to take a look now and support the cause.

That leaves  nothing more to say than to wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year.
