I manage a large portfolio of properties what should i do?

It may be advisable to arrange a schedhule of work to have your properties assessed and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) produced for each.

If each property has an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) you will be safe in the knowledge you are up to date with the upcoming implementation of EPBD legislation.
