What format does the HIP arrive in?

HIP-Consultant.co.uk will supply Home Information Packs (HIP) electronically in a PDF document. We will send to you and your client if you require.

We also have a portal on our website so you can View your HIP Online. This is a popular way of viewing Home Information Packs (HIP) and is very user friendly.

By using our online portal it cuts down on storing paper copies and/or locating the electronic version you may store on your computer.

By using these methods we can reduce the amount of paper we supply and the environmental impact we are responsible for. Generally, each Home Information Pack (HIP) contains 50-80 pages.

However, if you require a paper copy please let us know and it can be easily arranged with a small additional cost of £12.
