It is tenants that need to insure against landlords not being able to pay the mortgage. IS there insurance to cover this eventuality? i have had 3 friends forced to move house dur to the inadequacies of their respective landlords.

Just taken out this type of policy, shame it doesnt come as standard on normal insurance for landlords. Possibly will do in the future, its a must if you rent to 'dodgy' tenants.

I had kept away from insurance policies as much as possible as a landlord, instead i put a few quid away each month. However, i have recently had 2 seperate tenents disappeart after 3 months. Argggggg. I wish i had insurance i would of been about £4k better off.

I have now insurance at various levels. I can almost guaranteee i wont need it from now on, sods law.
