IS there insurance to cover this eventuality? i have had 3 friends forced to move house dur to the inadequacies of their respective landlords. However, i have recently had 2 seperate tenents disappeart after 3 months. Argggggg. I wish i had insurance i would of been about £4k better off. I have now insurance at various levels.
