Very strange statement in the article about buyers "losing credibility" with an agent. Honestly! I'm a potential cash buyer and the last thing I care about is the agent's opinion of me. This is an economic transaction, not a popularity contest. Too bad sellers are hanging onto their dreams of easy wealth from property.
