It's a shame more people in more industries haven't yet realised the people can smell bull s**t from a mile away! If they greet you with professionalism and politeness then they will normally treat everyone the same, and thus your buyers will recieve the same treatment as you do when enquiring. Also, I feel it is very important to find an agent who you can get along with and trust, there is a lot of back and forward phone calls ahead, the last thing you want is to not get along with the agent dealing with your property.
