Can I please make it clear to all readers that the HVCA listed here is NOT the Heating and Ventilating Contractors Association(HVCA) based at Palace Court in London but another body HVCA Ltd based in Liverpool. These two organisations ARE NOT LINKED IN ANY WAY. The HVCA has it's own building Regulations and A/C inspections company called BESCA. Bob Towse. I note the referenec to HVCA in your article.
